African Quilt Squares: small 6" x 6"

These charming hand-embroidered quilt squares portray a scene from village or township life. Each is one of a kind. They show mothers and grandmothers caring for children, visiting the clinic, and carrying babies on their backs. Hand stitched with hand dyed threads onto African cotton. Each has a 2” border around the embroidery and are perfect for small quilts, wall hangings, sewn onto shopping bags, cushion covers or the back of a jacket.

Size of embroidery is approximately 6” x 6” plus extra 2” for the border.
